Following the updates in the Government's guidelines all staff are now working remotely. Everyone has fully functioning workstations with access to all systems and also have a fully functioning work phone set up. Our telephone lines remain open between 9.30 to 5.00 and all of our advisers should remain contactable.
The only slight change to our normal working practices are that we are no longer offering face to face meetings. Telephone advice is readily available and with immediate effect we can also offer all smartphone, tablet and laptop users video conferencing facilities.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty the Government announced the potential of a 3 month mortgage payment holiday. Further details can be found by clicking here - and you should contact your lender's customer service department.
